I would recommend watching the following videos in the order they are posted, beginning with "What is included" ,then "Kathy's Intro" next, followed by "the Overview".

Each lesson corresponds to a chapter from my book, Discovering the Essence of Your Soul. Each lesson will have videos, the corresponding chapter from the book, and audio files. You can work through the lessons as quickly as you like, and revisit them as often as you like.

You will get the most out of this course if you make a commitment to practice opening and closing your akashic records on a daily basis, even if it is only for a few minutes each time.
